Then i've got a solution for you!
Instructions:
1. Uninstall PunkBuster:
I. Use any uninstall program (i recommend Revo Uninstaller) and uninstall "PunkBuster Services"
2. Go to the locations i write you below and delete the following:
I. C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local - Delete "PunkBuster" folder
II. C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming - Delete "PnkBstrK.sys" file
III. C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\My Games\Crysis Wars - Delete "pb" , "PunkBuster" and "Profiles" folders
IV. C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis Wars - Delete "pb" folder
3. Now install PunkBuster doing the following:
I. Download pbsvc.exe
II. Run the installer and finish it
4. Update Punkbuster:
I. Download pbsetup.exe and run it
II. Click "Add a Game" and add "Crysis Wars"
III. Add "Crysis Wars" two times with theese paths: (see the picture)
C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\My Games
C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis Wars
III. Click "Check for Updates" and finish them
